Work Experience

Jim’s entire career has focused on serving others.  His first teaching job  was in Osseo, Minnesota.  It was a good fit and challenged Jim throughout his career.  Jim taught Social Studies; and demonstrated his leadership skills and his ability to motivate others as the Executive Director of the Osseo Teacher Center (A Federal Project dedicated to initiating and disseminating exemplary teaching practices).  His efforts were rewarded by being the one and only Federal Teacher Center Project to be incorporated as a permanent addition to a local school district.  Jim also served as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association; Coached De LaSalle to a State Championship ; founded the Flora Rogge Scholarship Fund and served as the K-12 Social Studies Curriculum Specialist.  He and his wife Roxanne own their own small business.
